Knitting and Prayer Shawls

I'm also into knitting. The last year or two a friend of mine got me into prayer shawls. So I've been into the knitting prayer shawls. Basically the idea is that you say prayers while you are making/knitting or crocheting the shawls and then you intentionally give them away to people who are sick or have some kind of health problem or in need in some way.
